I have always missed MS way of switching to particular windows rather than switching to applications and then having to switch within the app the proper window.
One of the nice side effects of switching, via Witch, to a particular window is that it doesnt raise all the windows of the target application to the front. With the default Mac OSX behavior, I would often switch to another app only to have to raise the previous apps window again so I could see the two apps at the same time. Witch solves this problem beautifly.
A definite must have app in my books.
